SoundCloud to Spotify & Apple Music

Spotify and Apple Music can't search SoundCloud, but both play your own files. Download the SoundCloud track as MP3 (Spotify) or M4A (Apple Music), add it on your computer, and it appears in your playlists on every device.

Looking for single songs instead? Use our main SoundCloud to MP3 converter.

1. 1

   Download the SoundCloud song

MP3 for Spotify, M4A for Apple Music.

2. 2

   Add it on desktop

Spotify Local Files or Apple Music › File › Add to Library.

3. 3

   Sync to your phone

Put it in a playlist and download that playlist on mobile.

Open Spotify on Windows or Mac › Settings › turn on Show Local Files › Add a source › choose your Downloads folder. The song appears under Your Library › Local Files. Add it to a playlist, then on your phone (same Wi-Fi) open that playlist and turn on Download.

On Mac open Music › File › Import (or drag the M4A in). On Windows use iTunes or the Apple Music app. With Sync Library on, the song shows on your iPhone. M4A is Apple's native format — get it from the SoundCloud to M4A page.

Use the playlist downloader to get all tracks as a ZIP, unzip it, and add the folder as a local source in Spotify or import it into Apple Music.

Apps that “transfer” playlists only match songs that already exist on Spotify. Remixes, DJ mixes and independent uploads usually don't, so local files are the only way to keep them.
